In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Distance Selling), you have the right to cancel your order and return the products within a period of 14 calendar days, commencing from the day after you take physical possession of the goods. We offer an extended voluntary return window of 30 days for added convenience, provided the item is not a sale item (see Exemptions below).
Due to the nature of our products and for reasons of hygiene and safety, certain items are strictly exempt from return once the sealed packaging has been compromised (opened, broken, or tampered with).
To initiate a return under your right to cancel, you must notify us clearly of your decision. We highly recommend contacting us before dispatching the goods so we can provide you with a return authorisation number and the correct return address.
If you believe the goods you received are faulty, damaged, or not as described, these are handled separately under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Please contact us immediately with details of the issue. Depending on the timeframe and nature of the fault, your rights include a short-term right to reject, a right to repair or replacement, or a price reduction/final right to reject. We will provide specific instructions for returning faulty items and will cover reasonable return shipping costs for approved, defective items.
