Consignment Despatch & Processing Framework

Our commercial commitment is to process and despatch all accepted trade orders with utmost speed and operational efficiency. We strive to clear cargo allocations for transit within two business days following receipt of cleared trade funds, provided all statutory business checks, including retail age-verification compliance, are successfully finalised.

Wholesale orders submitted, paid, and verified during the afternoon (after 12.00) or outside of standard operating hours will commence logistics processing on the subsequent business day.

Freight Distribution Methods & Criteria

The primary transit partner utilised for standard trade consignment logistics is Royal Mail Tracked 48. This commercial service provides comprehensive end-to-end routing updates and typically targets delivery to retail store premises within two business days following despatch. Tracking credentials will be supplied automatically once the manifest is generated.

Discretionary Freight Adjustments: We reserve the right to select and utilise alternative commercial couriers or pallet networks at our absolute discretion, specifically regarding high-volume pallet configurations or in circumstances where specialised trade carriers offer more secure retail distribution routes. Such route optimisation shall not incur additional logistics levies, as all trade consignments are subject to free commercial delivery with effect from May 2026.

Territorial & International Limits

As a UK-based wholesale enterprise structured exclusively to supply the domestic independent retail sector, we do not operate international cross-border distribution lines. Our supply networks, warehousing infrastructure, and insurance frameworks are strictly confined to the United Kingdom; consequently, we cannot process, clear, or fulfill wholesale shipments destined for international trade accounts or overseas distribution hubs.

Trade Collection Protocol

Direct merchant collection is permitted free of handling fees from our regional distribution hub in the North East, strictly subject to prior scheduling and trade verification. Collection point coordinates: Washington, Tyne and Wear, England.
