B2B Refunds Policy

Policy Scope

This policy applies to all trade purchases made via eKits.UK. Refunds are only issued for items verified as damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied by us.

Processing and Approval

Once a return is received, our team will conduct an inspection.

Approval: If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Timeframe: We aim to process approved refunds within 21 calendar days of receiving the returned goods.

Bank Delays: Funds appearing in your account are subject to your bank’s processing times.

Refund Deductions

Shipping & Threshold Violations: Free delivery is strictly conditional upon maintaining the minimum order value. If a return (or partial return) results in the retained order value falling below our minimum trade order threshold, our standard shipping and handling fee will be retroactively applied and deducted from any credit note or refund issued.

Restocking & Admin Fees: In cases where a return is authorised due to Customer error (including over-ordering or ordering incorrect items), we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of £20 to cover processing and administration costs, which will be deducted from the final credit.

False Fault Claims & Diminished Value: All goods returned as «faulty» are subject to technical testing. If items are found to be in full working order, or if their commercial value has been diminished due to improper handling, poor repackaging, or transit damage during return, we reserve the right to refuse the credit entirely or deduct a fee representing the loss in value and the technical resource spent testing the item.

Fraud & Verification

By placing an order, the Customer warrants and represents that they are a legitimate business entity and that the purchasing individual is of legal age to procure age-restricted products under UK law. In the event of a breach of this warranty (including, but not limited to, misrepresentation of business status or ordering by a minor), we reserve the right to immediately terminate the contract. In such cases, an administration and non-compliance fee equal to 100% of the order value shall be applied to cover our processing costs, statutory compliance review, and verification liabilities, which shall be deducted from any funds held before a balance is cleared.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received an approved refund after 21 days, please contact us after verifying the status of the transaction with your financial institution.
