By placing an order, the customer solemnly declares that they are over the age of 18 years. This policy serves as a strong barrier against fraudulent purchases by minors. If we discover a purchase was made by a person under 18 years of age, or if false information was used to circumvent our age checks, the sale will be considered legally void (ab initio).
In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse to process any refund (partial or full) for the goods, as the contract of sale was fraudulent and void from the outset, in order to discourage unlawful purchases of age-restricted products.
If you have not received your refund after the stated period, we advise you to first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often a processing delay on their end before the refund is officially posted.
