Delivery

Our commitment is to process and despatch all accepted orders with utmost speed and efficiency. We strive to despatch orders on the same working day or the next working day following placement, provided all necessary checks, including age verification, are successfully completed.

• Orders placed and verified late in the afternoon or outside of standard working hours will be processed for despatch on the next working day.
• Our working days for despatch are Monday to Saturday, excluding UK public holidays.

The primary service utilised for the shipment of orders is Royal Mail Tracked 48. This service provides end-to-end tracking and typically aims to deliver parcels within two working days following despatch. You will receive tracking information once your order has been processed.

Discretionary Courier Choice: We reserve the right to select and utilise any alternative courier service at our sole discretion, particularly for larger orders or in circumstances where an alternative provider may offer a more efficient or secure delivery route. Any changes will not affect the delivery fee paid by the customer.

Expedited or International Delivery:

If a buyer requires delivery faster than the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, or if a buyer requires international postage, they must contact us prior to placing the order to confirm the costs and viability of the services involved.

We offer a transparent and competitive pricing structure for all delivery services:

• Free Shipping Threshold: All orders with a total value exceeding £50.00 will automatically qualify for zero delivery charges (standard Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, or equivalent alternative).
• Standard Delivery Fee: For orders with a total value below £50.00, a flat rate shipping charge of £6.90 will be applied.
• Nominal Packing Charge: Please note that a standard nominal packing and handling charge of £1.00 will be applied to all orders sent via post. This fee covers material costs and is not applicable to orders chosen for Personal Collection.

The option for personal collection (Click & Collect) is available from one designated location only, and is provided free of charge with no packing fee applied.

• Pre-Arrangement Required: Customers who wish to collect their order in person are required to contact us prior to placing the order. This enables us to confirm stock availability, process the order correctly, and arrange a mutually convenient collection time.
