  • Price Consistency: By covering the cost of postage on larger orders, we ensure the final price you pay is predictable and free from hidden charges, building trust and transparency.

2. Nominal Packing and Handling Charge (£1.00)

While your shipping cost is free for orders over £50, a standard nominal packing and handling charge of £1.00 will be applied to all orders sent via post.

Reasoning for the £1.00 Fee:

  • Covering Material Costs: This £1.00 fee covers the material costs associated with securely preparing your order, including protective packaging, boxes, and internal handling efforts required to send the items via courier.
  • Exemption for Collection: This charge is only applied to orders that require postal delivery and is not applicable to orders chosen for Personal Collection at our physical location.
Rest assured, this £1.00 charge is purely nominal and ensures the integrity of your tracking and delivery notification process.
