B2B Returns & Cancellation Policy

Policy Scope

This policy applies exclusively to trade purchases made via eKits.UK. As a wholesale platform, we do not provide «cooling-off» periods or rights of cancellation for change-of-mind purchases.

Order Finality

Once an order is accepted, it is a firm commitment. We do not accept returns for «change of mind» or incorrect stock choices.

Damaged or Non-Conforming Goods

If you receive goods that are damaged, incorrect, or missing, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted.

Photographic evidence of damage or incorrect stock must be provided.

We reserve the right to request the return of items for inspection before issuing credit.

Warranty & Faulty Goods

Hardware: Covered by a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects (excluding disposables). This does not cover misuse or failure to follow instructions.

Consumables: E-liquids, coils, pods, and disposable vapes are sold as-is and carry no functional warranty unless proven «Dead on Arrival» (DOA) at the time of delivery.

Return Authorisation

If we authorise a return (for example, for verified faulty items), you must obtain a Return Authorisation Number from us before sending goods back. Items sent without this will be rejected.

Return Shipping

For approved returns of faulty items, we will provide instructions and cover reasonable shipping costs. The Customer is responsible for ensuring goods are packaged securely. Any damage occurring during return transit due to improper packaging is the responsibility of the Customer.
