These Terms of Business (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and any related sales platforms (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you are agreeing to these Terms and concluding a legally binding contract with us (hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”).

• You may not use the Services if you do not accept these Terms.
• Your continued use of the Services shall constitute your automatic acceptance of the Terms from that point onwards.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• “Customer” or “You” refers to you, the person who accesses or uses the Services and places an order for products.
• “Seller” or “We” refers to [Your Company Name/Trading Name] (the party you are concluding this contract with) and/or its affiliates.
• “Products” refers to the age-restricted items, including vaping devices, parts, supplies, and e-liquids, sold via the Services.

You hereby represent and warrant that you are at least **eighteen (18) years of age** or above and are fully able and competent to understand and agree to the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms.

• All products are strictly age-restricted. By placing an order, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 years.
• We operate a mandatory Age Verification process. If we are unable to verify your age, or if we suspect an order is being made on behalf of a minor, we reserve the right to cancel the entire order immediately.
• In the event of cancellation due to a failed age check, we are not liable for any inconvenience caused, and the contract of sale will be considered void *ab initio* (void from the outset).

The Seller may vary, amend, change, or update these Terms from time to time entirely at its own discretion. You shall be responsible for checking these Terms periodically and ensuring continued compliance.

• Your use of the Services after any such amendment or change in the Terms shall be deemed as your express acceptance to such amended/changed terms.

The Customer acknowledges that vaping products may carry inherent risks. You are responsible for ensuring the products are used safely, correctly, and in accordance with all manufacturer guidelines.

• We offer a standard 90-day warranty against manufacturing faults on all hardware (excluding disposable products).
• Consumable items, including e-liquids, coils, disposable vapes, and pods, are sold without any functional warranty due to their limited lifespan and intended use, except where they are dead on arrival or covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• The warranty is void if the product fault is deemed to be due to misuse, accidental damage, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s or our instructions, including incorrect battery charging or assembly.

All prices displayed are in Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current UK rate. We accept all major credit/debit cards and other advertised payment methods.

• We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but in the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide you with the correct price. You will have the option to proceed or cancel.
• Payment for all goods must be made in full before dispatch. The title to the goods (ownership) transfers to you upon full payment, even if physical delivery has not yet occurred.
• The risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in the order.

Nothing in these Terms of Business shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter for which it would be unlawful to exclude or limit liability.

• Subject to the above, our total liability to you in respect of all losses arising under or in connection with the purchase of goods shall not exceed the price of the goods.
• We shall not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential losses that arise out of or in connection with these Terms.
